Friendly staff. My dog was very happy here, goes right in with no hesitation. Clean. Efficient. Surgery uncomplicated, easy instructions, good follow up care!

DeRolf office totally dropped the ball on our cat. She was fine till she quit eating on Friday, we took her in on a Saturday and they gave her pills but never addressed the not eating. Acted like she’d be fine, but she died the next day. Here they now have 3 doctors at this office, but none work on Saturday, just a call in vet. They will no longer treat our pets! And each time you go they refer to VA Tech cause they are more a wellness check up clinic!
I have a lot of respect for Dr. DeRolf. I have over 40 years of experience with dogs, 16 years of that to be with one breed in particular. Over the years I have come into contact with many veterinarians. In my experience with Dr. DeRolf, he is one of the few that respects your knowledge, goes out of his way to further your knowledge, and will not play on your emotions to get an extra dollar out of your pocket. Instead of knowing the dog, Dr. DeRolf knows the breed. I find that rare. Thank you Dr. DeRolf for your eduction, your honesty, and most importantly, your kindness to my beloved dogs.
My dog had a serious digestinal problem. I called the vet on Wednesday. They never returned my phone call. I called them back and they still didn't offer any assistance. This vet office does not care about the animals that they service. Good for checkups, but TERRIBLE for other issues.. stay away!!!
