Willing to drive past multiple vet offices, to come here. Love the staff. They genuinely care about your animal, and you. Very professional, handling my dogs euthanasia. They made a hard situation, easier to cope with. Highly recommended vet.

Everyone is friendly and you can tell they care about your far baby. They take time with you and your pet to ensure you understand how to care for your pet.
The Animal Care Center of Salem is the only place I will take my pets! The doctors there really care about my pets and about me. They take the time to make sure I fully understand everything they are doing- even answer my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. Even my dog loves going- it must be the treats and belly rubs she always gets!
I wish there was a higher rating than 5 on this scale. Words do not even begin to describe how appreciative my wife and I are of the staff at ACCS. Through this entire ordeal with our pup and her spider bite wound, the staff have done nothing but performed top notch care for our dog. They have been SO loving, caring, and patient with us as we have gone through this process: answering every question we have had, taking care of our pup while we have been at work, and continuing to closely monitor her wound as it continues to heal. The peace of mind that we have knowing she is in good hands when we arent with her is something that can't be described on paper. All we can say, and continue to do so, is THANK YOU to ACCS. You saved our fur child! We will continue to take our animals here, they treat you like family!!
