Sorriest service ever!!! Never showed up or had the descency to call and tell you they weren't coming!!! Sounded like a crackhead that answered the phone!!! I knew better from reviews, live and learn!!!

Ok so I called and waited, then waited some more. I guess the dispatcher lady can't hear because she either messes up the address I need to get picked on or my phone number. Very poor customer service. Least to say I'm looking into another company to give my money to. This company is the worst.
Be very careful trusting this company. Ownership has been sued for not honoring a contract.
I hope you have better luck than I did. I reserved a taxi two days in advance for an early flight out of ROA. Taxi never came. When I called to find out where it was I got message that "mailbox was full!" I ended up driving myself, paying $159 to park at airport in long term parking!
