If you have never been to Chick-fil-A in Salem you need to go @ your first opportunity. I have been to lots of Chick-fil-A 's; some in other states but the service you receive in Salem is by far the very best! The staff makes sure the food is ready in a snap,, prepared just right & the restaurant is so clean---inside & outside. I don't even feel like I am in a fast food restaurant but instead a sit down meal with everyone waiting on me. Every visit is s good experience & the employees seem to be enjoying it as much as I am!
The staff at this Chick-fil-A goes to the ends of the earth to make the guests happy, in my experience. I often ask for lunch items at 7AM, and they smile and say "yes!" I've been turned down when making similar requests elsewhere. Our food is always fresh and hot; we eat here often as a family, and there's a good reason!
Glad it's back open after remodeling. Drive thru is better than it used to be. Easier to order and seems to be quicker at the pickup window. Chicken is as tasty as always.
Excellent service and food quality. Docking one star for lack of Texas Pete and bad foamy soap in the bathroom.
