Having been trained by and worked for Mayflower many years ago, I was pleased to see that courteous and professional people are still involved in the moving trade. The "two guys" were clean and neat, as was their truck. They worked hard and steadily to complete the project in good time and were very careful with everything they handled. They were also very nice to the ladies working and knew more than a little about diplomacy.
Great company. They were prompt (actually early :-), Donte' and Cameron were very professional, courteous and fast. Jessica provided great customer service setting up the move arrangements. Highly recommend!
I picked this crew based on excellent posted reviews. They were spot on.
If they will not take care of employees why would the employee's take care of you. This is just base off of the Salem store.
Just awful. They dragged their feet the whole time presumably because they were charging by the hour. Spent lots of time on their phones. Broke a dresser drawer, how does that even..???? Never again. Run away.
