The BEST hair experience I have had in several years. The salon is so inviting, friendly service, and pleasant environment. I had been shopping around for a new hair salon for an upcoming event. I needed an appointment quickly! Unfortunately, this salon did not have openings for the date needed. However, the owner and her staff made several follow-up calls to me to inquire about my progress with regard (needless to say, I was not able to get in anywhere with such a short notice). Their diligence really impressed me, and so I decided to make an appointment with P&P for a later date. Previously, I had been going to the most high-end salons in the Roanoke valley, and so was a little skeptical when I arrived for my appointment and noticed that, from the outside, P&P appeared small, and unlike the huge, high-end salons I had frequented. WOW! I am so glad I took a chance with P&P! The salon offers much more than hair (i.e., massage, nails, and products). I received as great, if not greater, hair cut, style, and color as I have received at the fancy salons in town, and at less than half the cost! I had monies left over from my 'hair' budget to purchase a couple of the spa products: sweet cream body scrub and hand lotion. I have received many, many compliments on my hair thus far, and I HIGHLY recommend P&P to ALL!
There customer service is not very good. They don't return your call. I was a client, after 3 times leaving messages and no one returning my call, I finally went someplace else. Too bad, I thought my stylist did a great job.
