Great car wash!!!! Very thorough.. I've only had one issue and the Owner Mike took the time to come right down and meet me to make sure I was taken care of. Gave me a free wash even though the issue was my own fault. I moved before the dryer started and tripped the machine. Thanks again Mike! I highly recommend this car wash!
One of the cleanest and well kept car washes in town!
Very clean, well kept atmosphere. Just moved back to the Salem area and really like supporting all local Salem. Love this wash. Great owner who adds a personal touch with his customers. The car wash is well maintained and kept clean. Recommend taking your own towel just in case for excess water. It is really hard for any dryer to completely dry a car, not the fault of the dryer, just not going to be perfect but close!

Cleanest and nicest automatic and do it yourself car wash in all of Roanoke and Salem. and probably in all of southwest Virginia. I go here at least once a week to wash and vacuum my and my wife’s car. I pass numerous car washes just to get here and most of them look trashy, appear unsafe, and aren’t maintained very well. Almost every time I go to Spartan Car Wash I see the owner taking care of the place.

Owner Mike gave excellent customer service. I used the brushless wash but tiny black specks remained on hood and sides. He offered a soft brush wash at his expense, and all the specks were gone. He was very responsive to my concerns. I have used his car wash for 3 years and would highly recommend it.
